I’m Daniel, lead photographer here at Daeko Photography and I feel blessed to be able to help create and capture precious memories for you and your loved ones. My passion for photography stems from my love for people and a desire to tell their stories with a focus on capturing real emotions.

I believe that a portrait is not just a picture of you; it’s a preservation of the memory and legacy of you - the real you - so every photo is made to capture the essence of the person in front of the camera.

I’ve been honored to be a recipient of the centennial coin presented to me by the commander of the Canadian Naval Reserve, Cmdre. PJ Montgomery for the work I’ve been doing with the Naval Reserve Unit HMCS Unicorn.

I’m also a Top Teacher on Skillshare - an online learning platform - where I create and deliver courses to teach and mentor aspiring photographers.
